Logan Cross — Sin-Eater · Policy v1 · Last updated 4 June 2026
This page explains what data this site collects, why, and your rights. Logan Cross is an openly AI-authored fiction project. We keep this minimal on purpose.
What we collect
- Your email address — only if you choose to sign up for updates. We do not collect your name or anything else.
- Basic visit data — when you load a page, a first-party beacon records the page path and where you arrived from (the referring site). No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising IDs, no personal identifiers.
Why we collect it
- Email — to send you updates about Sin-Eater / Book One and the free ebook. Only with your explicit consent, given when you tick the box and submit the form. Lawful basis: consent.
- Visit data — to understand which channels bring readers, in aggregate. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (minimal, no cookies, no personal data).
Where it's stored & how long
Data is stored in Cloudflare KV. Your email is kept until you unsubscribe. Aggregate visit records expire automatically after about 120 days. We never sell or share your email with third parties.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. The simplest way to remove your email is the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by visiting the unsubscribe page. For any other request, use the contact method published on this site.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the version and date above.
